That is cool to see a eagle!
I hope you get a new camera for your birthday - so you can take more pictures of Daphne and Fiona!! Thanks for stopping by my blog. I had to run right over here to meet your pigs. Your porcine pedicure stories were hilarious. I have never tried the flipping the pig on her back trick - don't think I could ever recruit any of my friends to help me – they know how loud Wynonna can scream.
My dear Wynonna appears to have lost her hearing this week - she literally went deaf over night. I'm thinking maybe her ears are just clogged up with dirt and ick. So at the top of today's list of chores is porcine ear cleaning....can't wait.
Whenever I need a little inspiration I come visit your farm, and there it is, waiting for me. :) As I sit looking at your pictures I can almost smell the salt water. You are blessed! When I drive up Lundeen Parkway here in Lake Stevens I am always on the lookout for our 2 resident eagles, George and Martha. They have a nest in a tree along the road and are often found perched at the end of a limb. They had babies this spring. A proud mama and papa, I'm sure.
I'm with you Wendy on the camera thing.... could sure use a nice one that zooms great and that can do time elapsed shots of the full moon. Yeah, on my wish list! Nice that you have eagles for company!
I hear you! I hope that you get what you are hinting for for your birthday.
Yep, you need more zoom.
I'm lacking in higher zoom, too.
So, don't feel too bad.
Hey, you've got eagles in your backyard! How cool is THAT!
