Oy. A Halloween tale...err tail?
Just be careful if you have any cats that may eat the dead rat. They are injesting the Decon too and will die. We cant use poison for that very reason. We had a rat that got into the chicken coop and killed our turkey. We asked the "old timers" and they said to fill a 5 gallon bucket half full of water and sprinkle boxed mashed potatoe flakes on top of the water. Next morning....dead rat. They can swim but cant get out. I have always refused to kill rats this way till TomTom. Now...off with the rats head. Sorry if I offended anyone. ;)
I didn't really think about that Kelly. I do like the old timer's tip. I had two drown all by themselves in the water trough during warm weather. What a way to go....although eating poison has to be bad too.
