A Little Peach

A little peach in the orchard grew,

A little peach of emerald hue;

Warmed by the sun and wet by the dew,

It grew.

One of my favorite things to eat is blueberry pancakes with peach syrup (runny jam) and blueberry peach pie. I need to get peaches, thanks for reminding me.

Cute poem. I bet your jelly is tasty, it sure looks thata way. We open a jar of ours tonight and had it with homemade bread. That was sorta our holiday dessert for this weekend. your dogs are beautiful also. I have a friend who has 3 sheltie's in the house with her. She adores them.
See ya,
Shanda

Did you grow them?

No I didn't grow them. I bought them out of the back of a nice little ole man's truck.

What a lovely poem! I'll think of it often, as I'm pretty much living on peaches these days. I'm a regular at the fruit shop (a tiny Vietnamese-run fruit/veg/minimart thing called a Potraviny- very common here in Prague) up the street, and I can't resist a good peach! Btw- I have an account now! ;) Not FreeFallin' but it'll do.
